KMC Studio – Terms of Service

1. Quotes & Orders
Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or shipment.
Orders will not enter production until artwork is approved and deposit is received.

2. Artwork & Approvals
We require vector artwork (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). Raster files (.JPG, .PNG) may require recreation at an additional fee.
Digital proofs are provided for approval before production. It is the client’s responsibility to review all details (spelling, placement, colors, etc.).
Once artwork is approved, no changes can be made, and KMC Studio is not liable for errors or omissions.

3. Turnaround Time & Rush Orders
Standard production time is 7–10 business days from final approval and deposit.
Rush orders (under 7 business days) are accepted only if capacity allows and are subject to a 50% surcharge.
Production delays caused by artwork issues, supplier backorders, or payment delays are not the responsibility of KMC Studio.

4. Shipping & Pickup
We offer pickup from our Calgary location and shipping across Canada.
Shipping costs will be added to your final invoice.
KMC Studio is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments caused by third-party carriers.

5. Client-Supplied Garments
We accept customer-supplied garments only upon pre-approval.
KMC Studio is not responsible for misprints, shrinkage, or damage on client-supplied items.
We recommend test prints or alternate options when supplying your own materials.

6. Refunds, Returns & Defects
All custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom products unless the error is due to our production.
Any issues must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will assess the claim and determine next steps.

7. Ownership of Artwork
Artwork designed by KMC Studio remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Editable working files are not released as part of standard orders. A buyout or transfer fee may apply if ownership is requested.

8. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Any personal information submitted during the order process is used solely for order fulfillment, billing, and communication.
Your information will never be sold or shared without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
KMC Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, services, or website.
